The delivery and installation of any product or exhibit is never the end of the story
and often it is helpful to arrange a maintenance scheme to ensure that
the products continue to work well.
While we focus on the maintenance of our own products,
we do regularly get requests to repair products manufactured by other
suppliers. We are happy to assess any repairs of other suppliers' products
or exhibits and suggest cost effective ways to maintain or upgrade them.
Options vary from on-site or off-site maintenance,
monthly check-ups or annual "MOTs". Even if your exhibit
or product is in perfect working order, in many cases it is possible
to upgrade certain aspects of it to prolong its life.
With software products, we like to maintain our exhibits
with remote desktop software which allows us to log on and monitor events
on a regular basis. If this is not possible an on-site package can be
designed to suit.
