Aim: We designed an updated version of a transmission exhibit that we previously made for the Pitlochry Dam Visitor Center , this new unit explains the transmission process of the new DC undersea cable that will run from Peterhead to Selby , we also provided a hand generator that shows the difference in power required to light a halogen lamp or led lamp
What we did: Working closley with the engineers from SSE’s team we cam up with a simplified tranmission model that shows the 2 options of transmitting power from North to South or South to North
